Sarlat-le-Caneda

One of the really popular towns to visit in the Dordogne Valley is Sarlat. It's about an hour or so from MANOIR DU SUQUET, but absolutely worth a visit. It's charming, full of character, great places to eat and the best spices shop I have ever visited. Go early to make sure you get a parking close to the old town.
